Rembau PKR candidate challenges Khairy to a debate on Wednesday

Badrul Hisham Shaharin, Parti Keadilan Rakyat’s (PKR) candidate for the Rembau parliamentary seat, has challenged Barisan Nasional’s (BN) candidate Khairy Jamaluddin to a debate in Rembau on Wednesday.

The PKR candidate has chosen the Rembau District Council’s padang as the venue to take on Khairy, who is also UMNO Youth’s deputy chief..

He told a press conference here today that he would apply for a police permit for the debate, which would touch on various issues, including national policies and problems affecting the people.
